I am a qualified personal trainer who can tailor exercise programs for anyone's individual needs, whether they need a boost to keep motivated or never trained before. I specialise in general fitness, weight gain, weight loss, body building, martial arts, rehabilitation, posture correction, corrective training, circuit training and nutrition, no matter what your abilities are i can help give you a balanced and enjoyable training program which you will enjoy and see results. I will ensure you are focussed on improving your diet, fitness health and mental attitude and i will be there to help you every step of the way.
My aim is to help you make positive and permanent lifestyle changes, encouraging fitnessand health to become part of your way of life.
I feel that people just need a little guidance for them to reach their goals there is so much wrong information out there and people get confused on what is good and what isn't, but with my approach I believe you can still have the odd cheat and treat as long as its done in moderation, as you can see moderation is a big word and most people will recognize some of the below
Missing meals (i.e. breakfast)
Over eating later in the evening
Drinking too much of the wrong things (alcohol or fizzy pop)
Energy (lack of energy due to inactivity)
Restless (not enough quality sleep due to lifestyle)
Aqua (not enough water)
Takeaways (eating more than 1 x week)
Indigestion (eating too quick)
Obesity (due to all the processed foods and lack of exercise)
No (being able to say no to unhealthy meals)
